Shipping Speeds and Delivery Charges

Standard delivery charges and times will be shown on the checkout page.

Where’s My Order?

If you have successfully placed an order recently and have not received it yet, see if we’ve already sent your package:

OR

1. Log in to your account
2. Open your orders and sign in with your e-mail address and password.
3. Click the relevant order number
On the next page, you’ll see your order details.

Processing Order
It means that we are preparing your order and it will be sent to you, usually within 24 hours. You cannot make changes to an order that is about to be shipped.

Completed Order
It means that your order has been shipped / delivered.
