1. Lino.lk is a one stop online market place owned and operated by Lino Expo (Pvt) Ltd, a company incorporated under the laws of Sri Lanka, with its registered office at No. 56, Textile Unit Dedicated Economic Centre, Kirimandala Mawatha, Narahenpita, Colombo 05, Sri Lanka.
2. You will be eligible to use the website conditioned on acceptance of all the terms and conditions specified.
3. Any amendments made in the terms and conditions will be at the sole discretion of Lino.lk.
4. For any changes made to the Terms of Use, Lino.lk shall not have to alert you. The amended Terms of Use shall be made available on the Website.
5. By using the services provided or browsing the website you agree to the terms and conditions and privacy policy of Lino.lk. Lino.lk shall not be liable to deliver any items purchased by customers in locations outside Sri Lanka.

Lino.lk is an online platform that facilitates the online sale and purchase of branded merchandise and services offered by Lino.lk and its various affiliated/registered merchants/vendors/service providers at a discounted price.
Eligibility to use the Website
The Services/Offers are not offered to customers under the age of eighteen (18) or to any Users suspended or removed from the Lino.lk system. Lino.lk reserves the right to refuse access to use the Services offered at the Website to new Users or to terminate access granted to existing Users at any time.
Prices & Payments
Lino.lk attempts to provide You with the best prices possible on products and services You buy from the Website. You agree to provide correct and accurate payment details. The information provided by You will not be utilized or shared with any third party unless required in relation to fraud verifications or by law.
Immunity and Limitation of Liability
You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Lino.lk including its affiliate vendors, agents and employees from and against any and all losses, liabilities, claims, damages, demands, costs and expenses that arise out of or result from obligations to be performed by You pursuant to these Terms of Use. These Terms of Use and all transactions entered into on or through the Website and the relationship between You and Lino.lk shall be governed in accordance with the laws of Sri Lanka, subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts.
Return Policy
If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, defective or is the wrong product, you can return it for a replacement by contacting the Lino.lk hotline. Returns due to change of mind will not be accepted. The return request must be informed to our hotline within 24 hours of receiving the product. For payments made online, refund requests must be submitted via email: info@lino.lk.

Lino.lk uses SSL with 128-bit encryption to keep your personal information safe as it travels from your computer to our servers. All payment related information such as Credit Card Details are collected & kept with the relevant banks.
