Do I need an account to order?
No — you can check out as a guest in minutes. Creating a free account lets you track orders, check out faster, and earn Lino Points. See How to Buy.
How can I pay?
You can pay by Cash on Delivery across Sri Lanka, or use the secure payment options shown at checkout. Your details are always protected with encrypted checkout.
Can I change or cancel my order?
If your order hasn’t been dispatched yet, contact us as soon as possible with your Order ID and we’ll do our best to help.
Delivery
Where do you deliver and how much is it?
We deliver islandwide. Your exact delivery fee is calculated from the town you select at checkout and shown before you pay. Full details on our Delivery Information page.
How long will delivery take?
Typically 1–3 working days for Colombo and suburbs and 2–5 days for outstation areas, once your order is confirmed.
How do I track my order?
Use our Track Your Order page with your Order ID and billing email. You’ll also get email updates as your order progresses.
Returns & warranty
What if my item is faulty or wrong?
Tell us in writing within 24 hours of delivery and return it within 7 days. We’ll replace it, or refund you if a replacement isn’t available. Full details: Returns & Refund Policy.
Are products genuine and under warranty?
Yes — every product is 100% genuine, and many (especially electronics) carry a manufacturer’s warranty. See Warranty & Authenticity.
Lino Points & account
How do Lino Points work?
Earn 1 point per Rs 100 spent (plus 50 welcome points), and redeem them as Rs 1 off per point at checkout. Learn more on our Rewards page.
