1. Lino.lk is a one stop online market place owned and operated by Lino Expo (Pvt) Ltd, incorporated under the laws of Sri Lanka, registered office at No. 56, Textile Unit Dedicated Economic Centre, Kirimandala Mawatha, Narahenpita, Colombo 05, Sri Lanka.
2. You will be eligible to use the website conditioned on acceptance of all the terms and conditions specified.
3. Any amendments to the terms and conditions will be at the sole discretion of Lino.lk and made available on the Website.
4. By using the services or browsing the website you agree to the terms and conditions and privacy policy of Lino.lk. Lino.lk shall not be liable to deliver any items purchased by customers in locations outside Sri Lanka.
Eligibility to use the Website
The Services/Offers are not offered to customers under the age of eighteen (18) or to any Users suspended or removed from the Lino.lk system. Lino.lk reserves the right to refuse or terminate access at any time.
Prices & Payments
Lino.lk attempts to provide you with the best prices possible. You agree to provide correct and accurate payment details. Your information will not be shared with any third party unless required for fraud verification or by law.
Order Acceptance & Cancellation
Your receipt of an order confirmation does not constitute Lino.lk’s acceptance of your order. Lino.lk reserves the right to accept or decline your order for any reason, and to limit or cancel quantities purchased.
Return Policy
If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, defective or is the wrong product, you can return it for a replacement by contacting the Lino.lk hotline within 24 hours of receiving the product. Returns due to change of mind will not be accepted. For online payments, refund requests must be submitted via email: info@lino.lk.
Governing Law
These Terms and all transactions on the Website shall be governed by the laws of Sri Lanka, subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts.
