We want you to be completely happy with every order. If something arrives faulty, damaged or incorrect, we’ll make it right — quickly and fairly.
What can be returned
We accept returns for items that arrive faulty, defective, damaged, or not what you ordered. As all items are checked before dispatch, we’re unable to accept change-of-mind returns — so please choose carefully at checkout.
How it works
Tell us within 24 hours
Notify us in writing within 24 hours of receiving your order — email info@lino.lk or message our hotline 0761 226 830 — with your Order ID and a photo of the issue.
Return within 7 days
Once we confirm, send the item back within 7 days, unused and in its original packaging with all accessories.
We make it right
We’ll replace the item wherever possible. If a replacement isn’t available, you’ll receive a refund.
Refunds
Refunds are issued only when we’re unable to provide a replacement. When that happens, you choose how you’d like it:
Bank transfer
Refunded to your bank account within 5–7 working days of the returned item being received and checked.
Lino Points
Prefer it instantly? Take the refund as Lino Points — credited to your account right away to spend whenever you like.
